As a professional tennis instructor, many of my students had asked me this question over the years.
Many teaching professionals would agree that you should string your racquet as many times per week as you play. For example, if you play 3 times per week, you should string 3 times per year. However, it all depends on the level of the player and other factors. For advance players, the strings will just simple break, sometimes weekly. For recreational players, I will suggest at least twice per year.
Having your racquet restrung makes a big difference in your game!
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR RACQUET IN THE CAR OR GARAGE EVER. It is not good for your strings, especially in our Florida weather…
